We've assembled a vetted team of handymen, cleaners and tradesmen (plumbers, HVAC, etc.). For any projects over $500, we gather multiple quotes and help you select the best. And we keep your property looking good with landscaping/ common area cleaning.

Monthly reports so you can see every detail
On the last business day of each month, you'll receive the distribution and a full monthly report covering: accounting, maintenance, leasing and resident activity. During any unit lease-up, our leasing team will also send weekly leasing reports and action items.
